2014 Week 15 ACC Football Power Rankings: Boston College, Still Steady?

There has been so little movement for the Boston College Eagles lately in the ACC standings that staying in about the same spot in the Week 15 ACC football power rankings seems about right. But they’re going to move up from last week; just FYI.

Only one more set of ACC power rankings is to come, and that will be after all the bowls are over. Next week’s title game between Florida State and Georgia Tech will not move the needle, as Florida State is still going to be the top team in the conference regardless of outcome, just like the Jackets should not fall any lower than second.
Now that we have established the top two, and more or less revealed where the Eagles are, how about the rest of the conference?
