Boston College Football: Syracuse Gameday Morning

facebooktwitterreddit

All of the sadness today at Boston College football as Syracuse gameday marks Senior Day, the last home game, and the end of the 2014 regular season.

But we had fun, didn’t we?

Boston College hopes to be having a little more fun in December, and so they shall once they receive their bowl invitation, but this is the last weekend until next August in which we will have a regularly-scheduled football game.

If the hoops and hockey teams spit the bit this year, it could be a very long offseason. Savor this moment while you have it.

The Eagles are looking to send their seniors out on top at home, just as they did last year, while Syracuse is looking to put together some semblance of a good game. It will be a losing season for the Orange either way, but limiting the damage is all they can do now.

Parting is such sweet sorrow.
