The Boston College Eagles could not ask for much more: a chance to beat the number one team in the nation, at least according to our Week 13 college football rankings.

That team, of course, is Florida State, who have retaken the top spot nationally following Mississippi State’s loss this weekend to Alabama. If tomorrow night’s College Football Playoff poll agrees, it will be the first time since 2002 that the Eagles have faced the #1 team. (That turned out to be a 38-6 loss to Miami.)
