Boston College Schedule-A-Team: East Carolina Pirates

All-Time History With Boston College: None
Last Faced: Not applicable

Travel (if necessary): Easy by plane. The local regional airport would be about an hour-45 flight from Boston.

Mutual Interest Factor: There does not appear to be any, given that they have never played one another and there is nothing in the immediate future. They have played more regional ACC programs, however.

Intrigue Factor: Not much. ECU has had a pretty good year and is not a terrible program, but the two schools do not seem to have much in common, aside from ECU being in the middle of the our conference’s heartland.

The Verdict: Might schedule home or away.

This one brings no real reaction either way. Boston College and East Carolina have essentially no history across the board in any sport. That does not mean it can’t be started, but the two programs will not be going out of the way to find space for each other.

Their location relative to other conference teams we play would make a trip there acceptable for the team, but Boston College’s fans would probably not travel well.
