Week 11 College Football Rankings: Boston College Opponent Drops Off

Probably much like the rankings for the rest of the season, the Boston College Eagles are not in the Week 11 college football rankings — but neither is their current opponent.

Of course, we did not rank the Louisville Cardinals in our top 25 last week, but the College Football Playoff did. This is no longer an issue, as they lost to Florida State and fell out of the rankings.

As for the rest of the teams, here’s how that went:

Mississippi State and Florida State are 1 and 2 again, respectively. Auburn and Alabama are right behind, with Oregon, TCU, and Michigan State all remaining in the top ten. Wisconsin is once again in the top 25.

Week 11 College Football Rankings: Sayonara

East Carolina is the only team that has been ejected this week.

As a one-loss team, I was not comfortable putting Ole Miss behind a team they beat, which is why they remained #3 last week. Now, they have two losses, and got the drop in the polls they deserved.
