Upward mobility is great, when you have somewhere to go. For the Boston College Eagles after their 33-31 win at Virginia Tech, there might not be much room for growth in the Week 11 ACC football power rankings.

Such is the case when everyone (or almost everyone) in front of you wins. Had to point that out ahead of time to insulate against any freak-outs by Boston College fans who feel disrespected on their own fan site.
It’s nice for the Eagles to be 6-3, but when your conference has a handful of teams at that record or better, what can you do, really.
