The meeting of WF offense vs. BC defense looks like a huge mismatch on paper. If Boston College wants to win, it needs to be one on the field as well.

The Eagles are fortunate this week to get a chance to rebound from the Clemson loss with the ACC’s weakest team. As their team’s units go, their offense, young and short on playmakers, is definitely Wake Forest’s least impressive.
In our ACC game previews, power rankings, and postgame wrap-ups, we have long made light of the Demon Deacon offense, in much the same way we have poked fun at the North Carolina defense. Yet, beyond the humor and snarky Twitter remarks, is it really that bad?
