Boston College Mountain West Football Schedule-A-Team: Nevada Wolf Pack
All-Time History With Boston College: 1 game (0-1-0)
Last Faced: 2010 Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl (Nevada wins, 20-13)
Travel (if necessary): Probably over five hours by plane to Reno.
Mutual Interest Factor: None that anyone can see.
Intrigue Factor: Ditto the above.
The Verdict: Would not go out of my way to schedule.
So, we got beat by Colin Kaepernick in that one bowl game. I knew all along that we would, but what matters now is if the Eagles will see them again. Chances are no, at least not any time soon. There is little reason for either school to bend over backwards for the other given the distance.

Boston College Mountain West Football Schedule-A-Team: New Mexico Lobos
All-Time History With Boston College: None
Last Faced: Not applicable
Travel (if necessary): Maybe four hours or so by plane.
Mutual Interest Factor: Boston College keeps seeing them in basketball tournaments, but that won’t get you much in football.
Intrigue Factor: Cannot be any.
The Verdict: Would not go out of my way to schedule, home or away.
Going to New Mexico and playing in the thin air up there is probably not going to happen any time soon, nor can we most likely expect to see them at Alumni Stadium. Yet, Boston College just recently played another New Mexico team on a whim so you never know. That would have been just about as likely until it actually happened.
