What we have here appears to be Boston College’s second-string offensive line. It is somewhat difficult to synthesize such a thing now as players are probably going to be shifting around as needed, but even more notably, this could be the Eagles’ offensive line next season.

Remember all of those players listed on the first page? It may be scary for Eagles fans to ponder, but they are all going to be gone next season. This is why we have maintained around here that 2015 might be the real “reboot” season offensively, not this year, even sans Andre Williams.

Regardless of what fate has in store for them in 2015, all of the players on this page will get a fair number of reps in 2014 as they will most likely be on the two-deep at whatever position(s) in which they are needed.

A guy like Dave Bowen is experienced enough to be able to start at tackle if needed, or even as a quasi-tight end serving as an extra offensive lineman (which is what he did as a redshirt freshman in 2012). Academically, he is a senior, and has made it into 14 games so far. Though he probably will not start this season, he will definitely be on the two-deep and could get the call in case of injury to a starter.
