Top 10 Worst Boston College Basketball Games of the Steve Donahue Era

9. February 1, 2014: Notre Dame Defeats Boston College, 76-73
Boston College, playing a rival on the road, looked like they had them right where they want them. With one second remaining in regulation, the Eagles had a 66-65 lead and Notre Dame had little time to get a final possession set.
So, of course, Olivier Hanlan fouls the shooter, Eric Atkins (remember that name), and making one of two, the game is sent to overtime.
With 35 seconds left, Boston College would tie the game in overtime, giving Notre Dame a chance at one last shot. Atkins made the game-winning three just beating the buzzer and sealing another late choke by a floundering Eagles team.
