Okay, maybe 2000 is a little ambitious. Let’s settle for 44 then.

Here is (almost) everything you need to know about Andre Williams, BC’s workhorse running back who ought to be sitting in New York City when all is said and done:

1. Full name: Andre Rishard Williams. Born August 28, 1992.

Aren’t summer birthdays the worst? None of your friends are even around to celebrate with you. At least you get a whole cake to yourself though.

2. Place of birth: Schnecksville, Pennsylvania.

Wait, where? That’s where. Zoom out a bit and it’s clearly a satellite neighborhood of Allentown. There’s a great song about Allentown by Billy Joel if you were curious. And Ed Helms does a rousing rendition of it in Hangover 2, an altogether forgettable film.

3. He is the son of Lancelene and Ervin Williams.

4. Andre is the third of four children. He is such a little guy I guess.

5. Williams is listed on the BC Football roster as 6 foot/227 pounds. He ain’t no baby.

6. His little brother is a red-shirt freshman running back at Penn State. Maybe for nepotisms sake Coach Addazio should convince him to transfer.

7. He attended Parkland High School in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

8. His senior season, he ran for 1,913 yards on 128 carries. 128 carries? Even by ‘Dre standards that is absurd.

9. If you’re good at math, that is a 14.99 yards per carry average.

10. This season Andre is averaging 6.5 yards per carry. I guess he peaked in high school?
