Boston College Sun Belt Football Schedule-A-Team: Arkansas State Red Wolves

All-Time History With Boston College: None
Last Faced: Not applicable

Travel (if necessary): Over two hours, maybe closer to three by plane to get to the middle of Arkansas.

Mutual Interest Factor: When a very bad place freezes over.

Intrigue Factor: Er, no.

The Verdict: Might schedule at home for a one-off; could probably not be persuaded to schedule a home-and-home.

There is not much chance that these programs will run into one another. They have any number of SEC teams that would be more willing to play the Red Wolves than Boston College, and frankly, the schools do not have a whole lot in common.

Boston College Sun Belt Football Schedule-A-Team: Georgia Southern Eagles

All-Time History With Boston College: None
Last Faced: Not applicable

Travel (if necessary): Just short of the travel time it would take Boston College to get to Florida State, except one is a desirable destination.

Mutual Interest Factor: Clearly none.

Intrigue Factor: Again, clearly none.

The Verdict: Would not go out of my way to schedule home or away.

One would probably not even know where Georgia Southern is unless they looked at a map, and even then, who knows. Georgia Southern might be located in ACC territory, but that does not mean it would be worth the trip for Boston College to go there, or vice versa.

To be firm and honest, this ain’t gonna happen.
