Boston College MAC Football Schedule-A-Team: Toledo Rockets
All-Time History With Boston College: 1 game (1-0-0)
Last Faced: 2002 Motor City Bowl (BC wins, 51-25)
Travel (if necessary): Hey, another MAC team from Ohio. About the same travel time as all the rest of them, give or take half an hour.
Mutual Interest Factor: Very little.
Intrigue Factor: There has been some in basketball, but that’s basketball.
The Verdict: Could be convinced to schedule home-and-home.
As MAC programs go, Toledo has not been a doormat in recent years. Boston College could do worse than them if they were looking to fill out some schedule spots. Toledo might also be amenable to it if the price is right.

Boston College MAC Football Schedule-A-Team: Western Michigan Broncos
All-Time History With Boston College: None
Last Faced: Not applicable
Travel (if necessary): 20 minutes further by plane than Central Michigan; they’re all about in the same place as far as we’re concerned.
Mutual Interest Factor: There has clearly not been any.
Intrigue Factor: Very, very little.
The Verdict: Would be much more willing to accept a one-off at home.
Boston College has never seen Western Michigan, and probably for good reason as it would seem the Broncos have had equally minimal interest. Just cannot see the Eagles going out to their venue any old time.
