Royals Acquire Forward Pat Mullane from Greenville Road Warriors
Reading Royals Team News

The ECHL’s Reading Royals have picked up former Boston College Eagles captain Pat Mullane thanks to a trade on Monday.

Mullane will now continue his professional hockey career in Reading, Pennsylvania, having most recently played in Greenville, South Carolina.

The former Eagle played in a total of 163 games for Boston College, being a key player on two national championship teams (2010 and 2012). He scored 42 goals and 97 assists over the course of his four years on the Heights, saving his best for last with a 43-point campaign during the 2012-13 season.

Mullane has bounced around a bit since leaving Boston College in 2013. Initially, he was with the Rockford IceHogs of the AHL, then finding his way to the ECHL and the Toledo Walleye (fascinating name). It was then off to Greenville and now Reading.

We wish Pat Mullane the best as he seeks to make waves in his hockey career.
