Boston College at NC State: 5 Big Questions
2.) Which ex-Florida quarterback gets the better of this one: Tyler Murphy or Jacoby Brissett?

It is a close call, but leaning towards Murphy as he is more of a dynamic dual-threat player, but one who should especially be able to hold his own against the NC State run defense.

Brissett has only had one bad game so far this season, and it was last week against a good Clemson defense. We know that he is an accurate passer, and if the Eagles go back to the “Cover Zero” defense that plagued them in the second half versus Colorado State, it may not take him long to accumulate good yardage.

Boston College’s pass rush is not as fierce as it was last sesaon, and is even less fearsome now with Mehdi Abdesmad out for the season, but it is still decent. They might be able to get to Brissett a few times during the game.

Murphy and his team will run early and often, and if he has any notable passing yards at all, it is a fine performance for him.
