• Terps Land Commitment From LB Gus Little (Terrapin Station, Chris Bengel)
• Georgia Tech Football Recruiting: DT Kyle Henderson Commits, #10 in Yellow Jackets 2015 Class (From the Rumble Seat, Joey Weaver)
Boston College football recruiting gets a lot of good publicity around these parts with Steve Addazio manning the helm, but we have two more recruiting strikeouts to report.
The first is 2015 linebacker Gus Little, a three-star Virginia high school student. He had an offer from Boston College, and by the looks of the 247 consensus, Maryland picked up a steal while the Eagles whiffed.
The second was Kyle Henderson, a defensive tackle from Tampa, who also held an offer from the Boston College Eagles. It was one of at least thirteen major-conference offers that he received, which included the eventual victors Georgia Tech, Missouri, Pitt, and Cincinnati. Unlike to a certain extent the Little news, the Henderson commitment does not appear to be a surprise.
A slightly discouraging setback or two for Boston College, but they are assembling a fine 2015 class already and it is not possible to get every player you want; this is why offers are spread out all across the fruited plain, and with 13 recruits in the bank so far, the Eagles are in fine shape.
