NSD 2014: Marcus Outlow Signs Letter of Intent for Boston College Football

Running back Marcus Outlow signed a letter of intent to play for the Boston College Eagles football team in 2014 on Wednesday, National Signing Day.

He was the first recruit to verbally commit to the class, having committed to join Head Coach Steve Addazio’s program on February 20th, almost one full year ago.

Outlow played high school ball as a running back at Norwich Free Academy, where he was also a star on the basketball team.

He comes in at 5’11” and 203 lb., with a 4.71 40 time. He is rated as a three-star prospect by ESPN, Rivals, and 247. He is the ranked at 51st, 32nd, and 51st at the running back position by ESPN, Rivals, and 247, respectively. He was also ranked as one of, if not the top recruit out of the state of Connecticut. As such, Outlow is considered one of this class’s top recruits.
