NSD 2014: Kevin Bletzer Signs Letter of Intent for Boston College Football

Defensive back Kevin Bletzer officially signed a national letter of intent to play for Boston College Eagles football in 2014 on Wednesday, National Signing Day.
He was the 16th recruit to verbally commit to the class, having committed to join Steve Addazio’s football program on June 16, 2013.
Bletzer is a Boston-area local who played for Catholic Memorial in West Roxbury. There, he has played multiple sports, including football and hockey. He projects as a safety at the collegiate level.
ESPN and Rivals both listed Bletzer as a two-star recruit, while 247’s composite score makes him a three-star recruit. Rivals ranked Bletzer as the tenth-best recruit in Massachusetts for this class. 247 lists his 40 time as 4.73 seconds.
