NSD 2014: Christian Lezzer Signs Letter of Intent for Boston College Football
By Kyle Egan
Linebacker Christian Lezzer officially signed a national letter of intent to play for Boston College Eagles football in 2014 on Wednesday, National Signing Day.
He was the eighth recruit to verbally commit to the class, having committed to join Head Coach Steve Addazio’s program on May 5th.
Lezzer played his high school football at Clearfield High School in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. His skill at outside linebacker piqued the interest of the Boston College coaching staff.
The 6’1″, 215 lb. Lezzer was rated as a three-star recruit by ESPN, Rivals, and 247. Late pushes by Rutgers and Arizona intrigued Lezzer, but he held firm to his verbal commitment in January.
Lezzer can be found on Twitter at his handle @christian_lezz4.
The Boston College community welcomes Christian Lezzer to the Heights.
