NSD 2014: Allen Dawson Signs Letter of Intent for Boston College Football

Defensive back Allen Dawson officially signed a national letter of intent to play for Boston College Eagles football in 2014. He enrolled early at Boston College for the Spring 2014 semester.
He was the 23rd recruit to verbally commit to the class, having committed to join Head Coach Steve Addazio’s program on November 4.
Dawson goes down in the books as being a Connecticut recruit for having played his most recent high school ball at Cheshire Academy, but the safety is a native of Fort Lauderdale, where he played for the Pine Crest School. With Dawson, the other Florida recruits, and the Florida Gators refugees, the football program can claim some notable successes in the Sunshine State in this recruiting cycle.
ESPN and Rivals both considered Dawson to be a three-star recruit.
