North Carolina State at Boston College: 5 Big Questions
By Joe Micik
1. After the surprising lack of a pass rush last weekend, will the Eagles get after Brandon Mitchell on Saturday?
Of the Eagles’ 25 sacks on the season, 17 were at home. The Wolfpack have also allowed 25, which is near the bottom of FBS. Combining those factors, the answer is probably yes.
NC State’s lack of a cohesive passing game has been greatly hampered this year by their inability to keep the quarterback upright, and for the most part, the Eagles have been making sure opposing quarterbacks become acquainted with the field turf du jour. Boston College needs this win, so it would be in their best interest to continue those efforts.
