4. How does the bowl math look if the Eagles don’t win on Saturday?
Sketchy, but not impossible. Maryland and Syracuse on the road are the final two games, and while both are winnable, it seems prudent to think that Boston College might grab one, not both. We have seen that they don’t play well on the road this season so it would not be completely out of the question if they bazooka themselves in the proverbial foot in the final two games.
Whether the Eagles win six games or seven, if they do at all, we’re probably getting invited to some bowl in Glendive, Montana anyway, so that might not make much of a difference.
