Boston College at North Carolina: 5 Big Questions

There is a crucial game for the Boston College Eagles coming up this week in North Carolina as they begin their second-half push for bowl eligibility. We know what questions are on your mind (maybe), and we’re asking them.
5. Was Vegas setting the opening line at UNC -10 intended as a sign of disrespect towards the Eagles, or belief in the Heels?
If it was the latter, then they’re not as bright as I thought. It can really only be the former, to an extent.
If this game were at home, the Eagles might actually be favorites, but one thing is clear: the bookies don’t trust Boston College to win a road game. We all know the Eagles will eventually, and probably within the next couple weeks, but Vegas’s opinion does not change the fact that this is ultimately a winnable away game. This could also just be them saying “BC hasn’t beaten UNC since joining the conference, therefore they will lose,” which is kind of stupid but whatever.
Based on the body of work of both teams so far, personally, I wouldn’t have made the Eagles more than 4 or 5-point underdogs. The Eagles seem to be getting better every week and North Carolina is just stumbling aimlessly from game to game. We shall see on Saturday.
