1. Who on the Eagles is most important to the team’s success on Saturday?

It’s not one person, it’s five. Boston College’s offensive line has been playing better lately but now they must hold together for sixty minutes at Clemson. The only sure way the Eagles are going to be able to stay in it is if they’re engaged in a slugfest, which means they’re scoring points, too. A low-scoring defensive battle is almost certainly not going to happen.

If the offensive line holds up, Chase Rettig can stay on his feet and Andre Williams and Myles Willis can do their thing prolonging drives and helping the Eagles come away with points. A strong offensive line has in the past been the bread and butter of a solid Boston College football team and is going to have to help this team come up with big points on Saturday.
