On BC basketball’s coming season, answered by Joe
"Q: Is making the tourney a reasonable expectation for BC basketball this year? A: Yes. With the core of the team now juniors and the sophomore backcourt looking pretty solid, being on the bubble in March is probably the minimum we’ll settle for this year. Their RPI and SOS will probably be very good, so you figure they’re about 4-5 wins away (20-21 total) from being right where they want to be. It will be tough in this conference but doable."

"Q: How about BC basketball? What are you thinking about them right now? A: Super pumped. I think(okay maybe its a pot dream) that Olivier and Joe Rahon will form the best backcourt in the ACC (probably in top 3). Add that to the appearance of the Notre Dame transfer Dragicevich and the improving Ryan Anderson and you’ve got a force to be reckoned with. And did I forget Eddie Odio?"

"Q: Your evaluation of Coach Donahue? A: Like the guy, like the improvement the team made late last year. Now he has to get BC to the next level, which is postseason play. If he can do that with a team he rebuilt from scratch he’ll earn deserved respect."
