Happy Independence Day from Soaring to Glory

Eagles and the American flag go so well together, and so they should, as the bald eagle is America’s national bird.
Ours is a decided tint of maroon, but the Boston College mascot today has a more patriotic connotation.
The staff of Soaring to Glory sends Fourth of July wishes to all readers, our ACC folk, and all those associated with Boston College and Boston College athletics. May your day be filled with good food, good friends, and (legal?) fireworks.
