Who Wears 61 Now
AJ Caruso, LB/LS, redshirt freshman
We didn’t see any of 2012 recruit Caruso last year as he redshirted. It’s too soon to know what his contribution to the team will be in 2013 as linebacker or on special teams, but we’ll find out in 61 days, won’t we.
Notables Who Wore 61
• Doug Goodwin, DT, 2000-03. Four-year starter who coached Hofstra football, may it rest in peace.
• Orrie Scarminach, OG, 1970-71. Has an award named for him, awarded to the MVP of the BC-Syracuse game.

Andre Williams had 61 rushing yards in Boston College’s win over Maine in Week 2 of the 2012 season.
