Calipari to Kentucky?

Not only do I think he’s going to take the job (and with it the opportunity to win at a huge program), but he’ll probably try to take as many recruits and assistants with him as he can. Memphis will take about 5 steps backwards and Kentucky will be seriously legit in 2009-2010.
Local media in both Lexington and Memphis seem to think it’s all but a done deal. The blogosphere is going nuts. I’ll stay on top of it.
Update 1A: they weren’t kidding about big bucks…try over $5M a season.

Update 2: I don’t know how reliable it is, but some sources are indicating a 5pm ET announcement. I guess we’ll find out at 5. [didn’t happen, but yeah I think we know what the story is anyway]
Update 3: Now a good source confirms, and he’s taking guys with him.
Update 4: Fox 13 in Memphis now reporting Memphis looking into UTEP and Mizzou head coaches.
