ACC First Round: Virginia vs. Boston College, Thursday 9pm

Florida State won their game and sealed the 5 seed (and pretty much melted away whatever chances VT had left at getting an at-large bid). BC will play Virginia on Thursday at 9pm in the 6/11 game of the ACC Tournament.
Some facts:
* In BC’s first 3 years in the ACC, the Eagles did not go one-and-done in the tournament.
* Al Skinner and BC are 4-3 in ACC tournament games.
* In the first meeting, BC beat Virginia 80-70 in Charlottesville on February 4. The Eagles blew them out for most of the game but Virginia made a late run.
* Virginia has not won an ACC tournament game since the first round in 2006.
