Not even 24 hours ago, the #6 Boston College Eagles won their home opener over Colorado College, and they’re right back on the trail as it is UMass hockey gameday on the Heights.

The hockey game at Kelley Rink slash Conte Forum this evening will cap off a busy sports day at Boston College. At 2pm, the women’s hockey team will play Cornell. Then, at 3:30pm, football takes on Wake Forest (game thread live at 1pm). Finally, the puck drops on this men’s hockey game at 7.
Both of the teams in this game were winners last night. The Eagles triumphed over Colorado College by a 6-2 score, while UMass went down the road to Northeastern and beat the Huskies, 3-2. Boston College will be looking to get their first Hockey East points of the season.
