The Soaring to Glory Show, Oct. 15, 2014: The Eagles are back on track, and the Clemson Tigers are trying to get us off of it.

More from Football

How many times has Boston College football been left for dead, resurrected, and repeat cycle? They lose to Pittsburgh in an ugly game and we as a fanbase are throwing dirt on them. Then they beat USC in a primetime, national television game, and the Eagles are our heroes.

Follow that up with losing to Colorado State, and we’re doing last rites for their season, until they go down to NC State and come back with a solid victory. It’s madness, I tell ya.

Soaring to Glory Show, Oct. 15, 2014: NC State Wrap-up

Kyle and I break down how Boston College won the North Carolina State game on Saturday to get to 4-2, including, but not limited to: the Eagles getting creative again on offense, the defense getting better as the game wore on, and the Eagles playing with a sense of urgency.

We will also make good note on Mike Knoll’s NCAA debut while questioning why the coaches burned his redshirt and then babied him.

Soaring to Glory Show, Oct. 15, 2014: Clemson Is Coming

Now is an appropriate time to look forward to Boston College’s Homecoming game this weekend against the Clemson Tigers. Both are 4-2, but the visitors have arguably earned their record more toughly than the Eagles. They bring a stout defense and a Stoudt quarterback (don’t make me have to explain) to Chestnut Hill.

We discuss what the Eagles will have to do to win and if they stand a realistic chance. Also, what will this game mean for Boston College, win or lose?

Soaring to Glory Show, Oct. 15, 2014: Lowell Low

Kyle and I scrounge together a few thoughts on Boston College hockey’s dismal season opener against UMass-Lowell, in which both offense and defense looked stunted.
