4. Is the Army game the last time the Eagles will be favored this season?
No. Chances are that Boston College will be the favorites against Maryland at home, even if just by a few points.
BC will be heavy underdogs against Florida State. Georgia Tech, despite playing lousier football each week, will probably get a 3-point courtesy spread at home. Ditto Wake Forest and NC State. Notre Dame will be favored at Alumni Stadium if nothing changes. The Virginia Tech game is a matter of dispute; if the Hokies don’t get any better, that could be a much tighter point spread than we’re used to seeing in those games.
Nevertheless, Boston College will be favored at least one more time this season, possibly a few more if things break right.
